• Customize Item Not Exchange And Refund & Due To Originality Of Leather Sometimes Your Initials Will Not Be Embossed Or Engraved Like Your Desire But It Will Be Readable For Sure .

• Their Might Be Slightly Difference In Product Colors And Shades Due To Difference In Camera Eye And Human Eye.

• Refund Time Is 24hours , If Received Product Is In Same Condition As Dispatch , If Product Not In Same Condition As Dispatch Then Refund & Exchange Not Apply.

• Refunded Product Not Washed , Not Stitched , Not Worn  , Not Used & As Same As Dispatch.

• If You Receive Our Product Not properly Stitched , Damaged , Incomplete Order & Different Product , You Have 48hours To Contact Us, Otherwise Exchange And Refund Not Apply.

• Refunded Product Should Attach Our Tag.

• In Case Of Incomplete Order You Have To Share Us The Picture Of The Shipping Label Because Our Dispatch Department Write All Products Quantity Of The Flyer On The Back Of The Flyer After Pack The Order.
