LAHORE CIGARETTE CASE Handmade Leather Cigarette Box With Lighter Pocket

Here is the story, i recently bought the case and due to some issue the case was damaged when i received it here in Lahore. The best part was that when i reached the customer service of Asal Chamra, the gentleman was so nice and quickly sent another one. The most surprising part for me was they didn't even said another word and sent me the new case. The thing which really was surprising for me was that i asked them what should i do with the old case, should i send it back. they replied that i can also have the old one as a compensation for inconvenience. this was something i was not expecting. The trust has been made for the future and i would love to buy again as i am thoroughly convinced by the quality of the product as well as the quality of service.
Jazakallah

Best case and I will purchase other colors soon
